Cheesy Potato Casserole

Cheesy Potato Casserole. My moms makes this for every gathering! I don't remember the last time we had it at a holiday or big gathering.

Ingredients
  • Frozen Southern Style Hash Brown Potatoes 2lbs
  • Frozen Minced Onions 2 tsbp
  • Sour Cream 2 cups
  • Cream of Chicken Soup 1 can
  • Butter melted, 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1tsp

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl place frozen hash browns and minced onions and mix.
  3. Add sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, salt, and 2 cups shredded cheese. Mix well
  4. Place your mixed ingridents into a 9X13 casserole dish and top with 1/2 cup remaining shredded cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
