
Ingredients
- 250 gram block of Philadelphia Creamed Cheese, softened
- 1 cup grated sharp tasty cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated havarti cheese
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup pistachio nuts, chopped
- thin wafer biscuits to serve

Just ensure that the mustard is dispersed evenly through out the mixture Shape the cheese mix into two even shaped logs and then roll in the crushed nuts, pressing to ensure the pistachios adhere well. Roll the logs tightly in cling wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour to firm up. Slice into rounds and serve with thin wafer biscuits or as part of a cheese platter
