ngredients

  • 1 package usually about 8 pieces chicken thighs with skin
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • Sprinkle of salt pepper, smoked paprika to taste (about 1/8- 1/4 tsp of each per piece)

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  1. Spray a 9x13 metal, stoneware or enameled cast iron baking dish with cooking spray & set aside.
  2. Combine chicken & flour in a large gallon size zip top bag- seal & shake well until chicken is coated in flour
  3. Remove each piece of chicken from the bag & place skin down in prepared baking dish
  4. Sprinkle with seasonings & bake 30-35 minutes
  5. Remove & turn each piece of chicken over to skin side up- sprinkle with more seasonings
  6. Bake an additional 30-35 minutes
  7. Remove from oven & transfer chicken to a plate lined with paper towels
  8. Sprinkle with additional salt
  9. ENJOY!
